The Lived Experience of Entry-level Employees with Posttraumatic Growth Following Workplace Gaslighting

The purpose of this study is to better understand the lived experiences of entry-level employees with gaslighting in the workplace, and its possible link to posttraumatic growth.


The purpose of this hermeneutic phenomenological is to better understand the lived experiences of entry-level employees with gaslighting in the workplace. I am also trying to explore how entry-level employees were able to rise from the ashes and use the gaslighting experiences as a catalyst for posttraumatic growth (PTG).
